This policy explains how Kyndra Digital S.L. handles personal data collected through kyndra.es, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Data controller
Kyndra Digital S.L., registered at C/ Sabadell, 08140 Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona), email info@kyndra.es, is the controller of the data collected on this site.
What data we process and why
Contact form: name, company, email, phone, website, service of interest, indicative budget and the message you write. The purpose is to answer your enquiry, prepare the requested audit or proposal, and maintain the resulting commercial contact.
Call booking: the details you provide in the booking calendar to schedule the video call and to send you the confirmation and reminders.
Web analytics: aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, traffic source, device type), collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
Legal basis
Consent of the data subject, given by submitting the form, booking a call or accepting analytics cookies.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, where the communication concerns preparing or delivering a service.
Legitimate interest in replying to communications addressed to us and in keeping the site secure.
Retention period
Contact data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once it ends, for the statutory limitation periods. If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, the data is deleted twelve months after the last contact.
Recipients and processors
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR contracts: the web hosting provider, the email provider, the booking platform and, if you have accepted analytics cookies, the analytics provider.
Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers, covered by adequacy decisions or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@kyndra.es, stating the right you are exercising and attaching a copy of an identity document.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS across the whole site.
